At Vaynika, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchange

We offer a 7-day easy return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

🚚 Return Process

• Contact us at help.vaynika@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
• Our team will arrange a pickup (if available in your area)
• If pickup is not available, you can ship the item to us

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
• Amount will be refunded to your original payment method

⚠️ Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
• A small return handling fee may apply in some cases

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Customized or altered products

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos for quick resolution

We will arrange a replacement or full refund
