⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time

Standard Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation

Product-wise Delivery Timelines

  • 👗 Ready-to-Wear Kurtis / Suits
    → Delivered within 3 – 5 business days

⚡ Urgent Orders

If you need early delivery, please contact our support team before placing the order to confirm availability.

📦 Order Confirmation (COD Orders)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Our team will contact you for confirmation before dispatch
    • Orders will be shipped only after confirmation
  • If no confirmation is received within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled

🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First delivery attempt → Standard
  • Second attempt → After customer confirmation
  • Third attempt → Extra shipping charges applicable

👉 If delivery fails after multiple attempts:

  • Order will be cancelled
  • Future COD orders may be restricted

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
  • Once shipped:
    • ❌ Cancellation not allowed
    • ❌ No refunds

⏳ Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics issues
  • High demand periods
